By booking a service with Atelier HelmForged Inc., you agree to the following terms:

• Services are intended for clients 18 years of age or older.

• Coaching and training provide guidance and skill development; results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and circumstances.

• All workshop materials, templates, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Atelier HelmForged Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

• Coaching sessions may be recorded only with explicit mutual consent. Recordings, if created, are used solely for coaching purposes.

• Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Full payment is required before service begins unless alternate arrangements have been confirmed.

• By participating in coaching or training sessions, you agree to provide accurate information and participate in good faith.
