Refund Policy

To ensure fairness and flexibility for our clients, HelmForged Inc. follows the refund rules below:

 

1:1 Leadership Coaching

• Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are refundable only in exceptional circumstances.

The Foundry Workshop (4-week program)

​

• Full refund available up to 3 days before the first session.

• Once the workshop begins, no refunds are provided.

• If HelmForged cancels or reschedules an event, clients receive the option of a full refund or credit.

Speaking Engagements

 

• A 25% non-refundable deposit applies to all bookings.

• Remaining balance refundable up to 7 days before the event.
