Through Helmforged, I help new and emerging leaders find confidence, clarity, and purpose, not through theory, but through guided experience and honest reflection.
My Story
My journey started far from boardrooms and business titles, it began in my family’s café, where I learned the value of service, connection, and hard work.
From there, I built my first venture, a chain of 12 fully automated DVD rental stores, where I discovered how innovation and customer experience intersect.
Those early years taught me to lead with curiosity and courage, lessons that shaped everything that came next.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked in technology and cybersecurity, leading teams through high-pressure challenges and helping others grow into confident, capable leaders.
But beyond the roles and titles, my path hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced setbacks, personal struggles, and moments where I had to rebuild myself. Those experiences gave me perspective, and a deep belief that every hardship can become strength when we learn from it.
Today, through Helmforged, I help others do the same. I believe I have a lot to give, not just from what I’ve achieved, but from what I’ve overcome. My goal is to help people find their footing, rediscover their confidence, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
