​CERTIFICATION & VERIFICATION POLICY

HelmForged issues an official certificate only for The Foundry Workshop (4-week leadership development program).

 

Certificates are awarded when participants:

 

• Attend all required sessions

• Complete group and individual exercises

• Demonstrate active participation and reflection

• Meet the program outcomes defined by HelmForged

 

 

Certificates are produced using a secure numbering system (HF-YEAR-TYPE-SEQUENTIAL) and recorded internally for verification purposes.

 

HelmForged reserves the right to withhold a certificate if participation requirements are not met.

Employers, recruiters, or third parties may verify the authenticity of a HelmForged certificate by contacting info@helmforged.com.

 

To verify a certificate, the requester must provide:

 

• The certificate holder’s full name

• The certificate number

• The program name

• The alleged date of completion

 

 

HelmForged will confirm:

 

• Whether the certificate is valid

• Whether it was issued by HelmForged

• The date and type of training completed

 

 

For privacy reasons, no additional personal information will be disclosed.
